At almost 4 years old, Rue is a very respectful and happy member of our family. Rue is one of the most intelligent dogs that I have ever been around.  Her confirmation is very correct and her markings are beautiful.  She was actually a pup born in a litter from Daisy (our other Great Dane) in 2009.

Everyone that meets Daisy falls in love with her!!! Daisy is one of the sweetest, most lovable dogs you will ever meet. Daisy came to our family by "chance" in 2005. We had responded to an newspaper ad for "Great Dane Puppies." We had been discussing getting a canine addition for our family.  After discussing breeds, and with 4 children and 5 acres, we decided on a Great Dane. When we arrived to pick up our puppy and after visiting with us, the couple asked if we would be interested in also taking the mother dog, Daisy, as they not longer could take of her. We had noticed her right away and readily agreed!! She has been with our family ever since. She has been a wonderful addition to our family and fit right in from the beginning. She didn't even mind when the kids where younger, and tried "riding" her like a horse!!! Great Danes truly are gentle giants.
